StatCrow vs TrustMRR

Both of us think revenue screenshots are a bit cute. Here's how the two differ, based on what TrustMRR's own site said when we checked.

TrustMRR

From their own site, checked October 2026.

  • Describes itself as a database of verified startup revenues.
  • Verifies revenue through payment providers. Its site lists Stripe, RevenueCat, Superwall, App Store and Creem.
  • Runs a marketplace where founders can list startups for sale, with asking prices and multiples.

StatCrow

What we ship today.

  • Revenue from Stripe, RevenueCat, Lemon Squeezy, Paddle and Polar.
  • Traffic from Google Analytics 4, Plausible, Umami and PostHog. Search from Google Search Console.
  • Downloads, proceeds and ratings from App Store Connect and Google Play.
  • A private portfolio dashboard with every project in one place.
  • Public profile and project pages with per-metric visibility: exact, range or hidden.
  • SVG badges, embed cards and PNG stat cards that only show verified while a source is healthy and recently synced.
  • Read-only keys where providers support them, encrypted at rest.
  • Domain checks on traffic and search sources, so nobody borrows a bigger site's numbers.
  • No manual metric entry. Ever.

Honest take

Which one should you pick?

Pick TrustMRR if

  • You want to buy or sell a startup. StatCrow has no marketplace in V1.
  • Your revenue runs through Superwall or Creem, which StatCrow doesn't connect to yet.

Pick StatCrow if

  • You want traffic, search and app store numbers verified next to revenue.
  • You run several products and want a private portfolio dashboard first, public proof second.
  • You want per-metric control: show MRR exactly, show traffic as a range, hide the rest.
  • You want badges, embed cards and stat cards for your own site and posts.

FAQ

Questions.

Can I use both?

Yes. Nothing stops you from connecting the same Stripe account to both. StatCrow only needs read access.

Does StatCrow have a marketplace?

Not in V1. StatCrow is about the dashboard and public proof.
