Terms

Last updated Oct 16, 2026

These terms cover your use of StatCrow. By creating an account you agree to them. They are written to be read; if something is unclear, email us and we’ll explain.

What StatCrow is

StatCrow reads data from services you connect (app stores, billing, analytics and uptime tools), shows it in a private dashboard, writes a brief about what changed, collects your app reviews in one inbox, and lets you publish a verified page with the numbers you choose.

Your account

  • You need a working email address or GitHub account to sign in. Keep access to it secure; anyone who can open your sign-in email can open your account.
  • One person per account. Workspaces belong to the person who created them.
  • You must be old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Connections are read-only

You connect services with read-only keys or read-only OAuth scopes. StatCrow never changes anything in those accounts. The single exception is a review reply, which StatCrow sends to the App Store or Google Play only after you tap send on that reply.

Only connect accounts you are allowed to connect. You can revoke access at the provider or remove the connection in StatCrow at any time. Credentials are encrypted at rest; see the privacy page for details.

Your data

Your data stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run StatCrow for you: syncing, charts, briefs, reply drafts, alerts and the public pages you turn on. We don’t sell it or use it for ads.

Briefs and reply drafts are written with Anthropic’s API from the findings StatCrow computed and the review text. They can be wrong. Read a draft before you send it; you are responsible for the replies you send.

Verified pages

A number marked verified was pulled by StatCrow from a connected source over a read-only connection, with the source and sync time shown next to it. It is not an audit. Sources can report late, revise their numbers, or be wrong, and StatCrow shows what they report.

  • Don’t connect test-mode, sandbox or borrowed accounts to make a verified page look like something it isn’t.
  • Don’t present self-reported values as verified, or crop a Stat Card to remove its source line.
  • Don’t pick a handle that impersonates someone else. We can reclaim handles that do.

Every history break, such as a source being reconnected, is shown on the page. We don’t hide breaks in the record, and you can’t either.

Acceptable use

  • No scraping, load testing or attempts to get around plan limits or rate limits.
  • No attempts to read another workspace’s data or to forge a signed snapshot.
  • No using StatCrow to break the terms of the services you connect.

Plans and billing

Free includes up to 3 products, a verified page, Stat Cards with your page URL in the footer, the badge and a weekly brief. Pro costs $19 a month and adds unlimited products, the daily brief, the review inbox and replies, alerts, the agent API and Stat Cards without the URL.

  • Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Taxes may be added where required.
  • Cancel any time from Settings, Billing. Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for, then the workspace moves to Free.
  • We don’t refund partial months unless the law requires it.
  • If we change prices, we tell you by email at least 30 days before your next bill at the new price.

Moving to Free keeps your data. A Free workspace can’t add products past the limit of 3.

Deleting your account

You can delete your account from Settings at any time. Within 24 hours we delete your workspace and everything in it, including signed snapshots. Your handle is held for 90 days so nobody else can claim it, then released.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, with notice when we can give it. If we ever shut StatCrow down, we’ll give at least 30 days’ notice.

Warranty and liability

StatCrow is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t promise it will be error-free or always up, and we aren’t responsible for what the services you connect report. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we’ll email you before the change takes effect and update the date at the top. Using StatCrow after that means you accept the new terms.
