Stripe + StatCrow
MRR, revenue, new customers and churn, straight from Stripe.
Connect with the StatCrow Stripe App or a restricted key with read permissions. The crow computes MRR from your live subscriptions and revenue from paid invoices. No CSV exports, no screenshots.

What we pull
What StatCrow reads from Stripe.
StatCrow reads your products, prices, subscriptions, paid invoices, one-time Checkout payments and refunds to compute MRR, revenue, new customers and churn. Read only. The crow looks, it never touches.
- Monthly recurring revenue
- Revenue
- Active subscriptions
- New customers
- Churned subscriptions
Freshness: Same day.
- Test mode keys (rk_test_) are refused. Sandbox numbers are easy to fake, and the crow only stamps real ones.
- MRR follows Stripe's definition: active and past due subscriptions, normalized to one month, after recurring discounts. No tax, trials, free plans or metered usage.
- History is rebuilt from your subscriptions at their current prices, so past upgrades and downgrades don't show.
- Revenue is paid invoices plus one-time Checkout payments, without tax and minus refunds, matched to products by line item. Refunds count on the day they happen.
- Money shows in your account's default currency. Other currencies are converted at the rate Stripe used for your charges around that day.
- Uninstall the app from Stripe's Installed apps settings, or delete the key, any time.

FAQ
Stripe questions.
Can I use my secret key?
No. Secret keys (sk_) can change things, so we bounce them. Install the Stripe App or create a restricted key with Read permissions only.
Do test mode keys work?
No. Test mode numbers are easy to fake, and the crow only stamps real ones. Use a live mode key.
How is MRR calculated?
Active and past due subscriptions, normalized to one month, after recurring discounts. No tax, trials, free plans or metered usage.
How do I disconnect?
Disconnect in StatCrow, then uninstall the app from Stripe's Installed apps settings or delete the restricted key. Either one cuts us off.
Can StatCrow change anything in my Stripe account?
StatCrow only sends read requests, and asks for read-only access wherever the provider supports it. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them.
How far back does Stripe history go?
Up to about a year, as far as Stripe allows. The Free plan keeps the last 90 days. Pro keeps everything.
How fresh are Stripe numbers?
Same day. The crow checks on a schedule and shows when each source last synced.
Do these numbers show as verified?
Yes, as long as the connection is healthy and synced recently. Stale connections lose the verified stamp.
