StatCrow reads your subscriptions, orders and customers to count MRR, revenue and new customers. Lemon Squeezy keys can't be read-only, so here's the deal: we only read. No refunds, no cancels, no funny business.

Freshness: Same day.
- Keys expire after a year. When yours does, make a new one and reconnect. Your history stays put.
- Revenue and new customers go back up to two years. MRR and active subscriptions start counting the day you connect.
- Revenue is after tax and refunds, before Lemon Squeezy fees. Refunds land on the day of the original sale.
- Cancelled subscriptions leave MRR when they're cancelled, not when they run out. Trials don't count until they pay.
Setup
Create a read-only Lemon Squeezy key.

- 1In Lemon Squeezy, switch to live mode. Test mode keys only see pretend orders, so we turn them away.
- 2Open Settings, API.
- 3Create a new API key and name it StatCrow. You can't rename it later.
- 4Copy the key right away. Lemon Squeezy shows it only once.
- 5Paste it below.
- 6After connecting, pick which store belongs to which project.
Permissions to grant
- Lemon Squeezy keys have full access and can't be scoped. StatCrow only sends read requests.
- We read: your user name, stores, subscriptions and prices (for MRR), orders and subscription invoices (for revenue), and customers (for new customers).

Is the key read-only?
Lemon Squeezy keys can't be scoped, so they have full access. StatCrow only sends read requests. That's the deal, and the code is built around it.
What happens when my key expires?
Lemon Squeezy keys last a year. Make a new one and reconnect. Your history stays put.
Do trials count toward MRR?
Not until they pay. Cancelled subscriptions leave MRR when they're cancelled, not when they run out.
Can StatCrow change anything in my Lemon Squeezy account?
StatCrow only sends read requests, and asks for read-only access wherever the provider supports it. Your credentials are encrypted at rest and never shown again after you save them.
How far back does Lemon Squeezy history go?
Up to about two years, as far as Lemon Squeezy allows. The Free plan keeps the last 90 days. Pro keeps everything.
How fresh are Lemon Squeezy numbers?
Same day. The crow checks on a schedule and shows when each source last synced.
Do these numbers show as verified?
Yes, as long as the connection is healthy and synced recently. Stale connections lose the verified stamp.
